Contract broiler farming is Urja’s core business and operates from owned branches in Pune district in west Maharashtra. Urja works on their own core values, and our core value has taught us “Continuous Innovation”. Hence, for the first time in Maharashtra Urja established 100% European EC House and was successful to run our own Environmental controlled sheds.
Urja claimed the High-tech automation, ventilation, and temperature control systems to give excellent results in modern poultry farming. We are expanding our EC houses every year to provide Antibiotic-free chicken to our customers. Presently, we are operating broiler farming efficiently with established systems with the support of efficient and well-trained skilled manpower to assure quality chicken production. Urja is one of the best companies that provide antibiotic-free, fresh, tasty, juicy, and hygienic chicken to customers. We have a well-maintained hatchery unit having the capacity to produce hygienic chicks with an auto vaccination system. Which resulting in a low mortality ratio. Urja Hatchery always works on chicken’s quality improvement. To cater these chickens and birds we established 150 TPD pellet feed plant which is fully automated and computerized

The odyssey of Urja started with cattle feed manufacturing unit in the year 2005, from the farm-background family of Mr. Pramod Anandrao Hinge with aspirations to improvise a stable financial income for farmers in remote rural areas
